Return Policy

We will accept returns if the item is broken or damaged in shipping or within 30 days of purchase.  Please e-mail info@mizujewels.com for information and shipping back to our store.  

 

Exchange Policy

We will gladly accept exchanges for the life of your purchased item.  We will accept an exchange for the exact item you purchased if the item has been damaged or broken.  If a piece has been broken or damaged that is not easily replaceable (i.e. one of a kind), a suitable replacement as close to the original will be substituted.  

 

Repair Policy

If a purchased piece is damaged or broken, you can send it back anytime during the lifetime of your product (at your own cost) to us and we will repair it at no charge.  Please e-mail info@mizujewels.com for more information and shipping back to our store.
